The Busy Bean Coffee — Restaurant in Pocahontas

I'm giving four stars because my drinks have always been very good and the servers are usually friendly and nice.

However, the app is terrrrrible. I received a coupon code and the app wouldn't accept it. When I asked the server if he knew how to fix it he said he didn't and basically just agreed the app sucks 😅

On my last visit I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito, via the app. When I arrived, they told me they didn't have sausage and asked if bacon was ok. I accepted the bacon burrito but it was inedible. The tortilla was gummy, as if it had been sitting in steam or water for too long. The app doesn't mention potato/hash browns but the burrito had them. This could have been fine but they were devoid of any flavor and were basically just little hard chunks. The bacon was undercooked and there was very little egg or cheese. I have been drinking busy bee coffee since I seen it in Walnut ridge I would drive all the way to Walnut ridge up to 3 days a week just for their coffee everyone should give it a try! Try the snickerdoodle that is a really good one I actually get extra caramel at the bottom of my cup liquid cream on top and extra caramel on top of that and yes it is hot but it is amazing they are always very attentive and pretty much know my drink as soon as I pull up, they are always so friendly and they always treat u like family! I don’t normally do this with negative experience. Like to brag on people. This was an awful experience today. I ordered a frappe and hot espresso. Both tasted bad. Common denominator was almond milk. I took them back and talked to the bee-rista. They had been changing at the time of my order. There was no resolve there. In fact, he indicated that my decaf order had been knowingly served to me as caffeinated. So, $21 was thrown away.
