Arby's — Restaurant in Pocomoke City

We went 2 weeks ago and I was really looking forward to a prime rib sub. It was absolutely disgusting. Soggy roll with a few tiny squares of meat (exactly like canned cat food looks), no peppers or onions AT ALL, and some cheese, melted in the microwave. I tried to eat it just because I didn't have time to wait for another sandwich but it was so disgusting I had to take it back. The guy in the kitchen was back talking the manager, so obviously he was the problem. I wish I could have done an online survey like they used to have on the receipts but they don't offer that anymore. I got a French dip sub in exchange and it was good. The manager said there wasn't even the correct amount of meat on the first one and the cashier said they were out of peppers and onions (after I brought it back, not as I was ordering, even though she already knew that). I probably won't go back. I'll drive...

Once again, Arby's said, "I'm sorry but we're out of roast beef." It's really impossible to recover from repeated outages in my book because I rarely eat out, yet every time I decide to pick something up, they're out of the very thing for which they're known... I mean, who goes to Arby's for their fish?!?!???

When Arby's does have roast beef, it's been very good...

Of course, that was pre-pandemic; the quality of everything has greatly declined, while the cost has astronomically increased.

Maybe, one day, I'll give them another chance, but honestly, there's nothing more disappointing that having a taste for something very specific, one which nothing else will suffice, only to be told, "I'm sorry, but we're out...

Very rude young man that works there in the evenings, when they do get my order right, which is very seldom, it's ice Cold, today I went through in order to fish and they gave me chicken so when I took it back inside they looked at me like I was crazy and they just don't put the chicken in the garbage and gave me my fish that I ordered. But both meals that I got, the curly fries were very cold one even had a couple of ice crystals on that so I don't even think it was cooked. But the young man that is managing in the evenings, is very very rude very nasty and just has overall negative attitude, and now if I go there and he's working I'll turn around and walk out...
