Dunkin' — Restaurant in Poland

Kevin, I'm not one to complain an the service at your dunkin donuts location in Poland is great. But, I gotta tell you I personally RESENT, being asked if I want a senior citizens discount as just happened this morning. I'm sure the young girl meant no harm, but I think its a very bad policy to imply to customers that their seniors, especially when their NOT asking for what is a well known discount. No one not a buisness or any other entity gets to decide or mark me with the quote " senior tag "label. I alone will decide that for myself. That gesture on the part of your employee kinda spoiled my day an I felt embarrassed, it made me feel like I looked old. They don't do that to me at any of the Dunkins in Oxford nor at the Aroma Joes. I think its a rude policy to have employees ask customers that question. If customers aren't asking for the discount, I would think it be wiser to not even bring up the subject an just take the money. Some of us actually have pride ! So for me...

I am usually the last person to be a Karen about anything like this as someone from retail work but this place is either understaffed or feels understaffed because the workers are slow and avoid acknowledging anyone except when ordering. Ordered the exact same thing as the man before me, repeated it anyways so it was as easy as possible for them. Waited with no exaggeration, AT LEAST 20 mins, 11 am on a saturday, would've loved to ask if they messed up my drink and just say its ok and take the one after the guy before me, but I waited to ask and every worker totally avoided looking at anyone so I just left irritated and grabbed the one nobody else touched for 10 mins that I assume was mine that they messed up. For an almost $6 coffee I paid for I spent 20-30 mins in there and got a normal iced coffee instead thats probably half the price. I get it the job sucks but I'm not easily irritated and this place...

Only leaving one star because It won't allow me to leave zero stars! This location is a joke! I order my drink at 5:28 pm I walk in to get my drink at 5:48 just to tell me sorry we cleaned our machines already. Mind you they have 3 employees working at this time. Now back up a few months ago, I ordered my drink 1 hour before closing...I show up there to get my drink and what do u know sorry we shut down our espresso machine already. I say to her it's an hour before you guys close! So here tonight I order my drink over an hour and a half before closing...and you guessed it no drink tonight either!
