Rips customers off with cold brew instead of fresh espresso shots.

After winter my drinks started tasting inconsistent, then summer started and my iced lattes started tasting so horrible I was throwing them away.

Quick service came at a price. I noticed they were substituting cold brew into my iced latte and charging me 4.00 to 5.50 for what is basically an iced drip coffee which at most places can be had for 2.00.

They do this to their customers without asking. If they were going to commit coffee robbery they should have the dignity to ask their customers and use fresh pulled shots unless otherwise requested by their customers. I used to drink here daily and typically tipped 2 to 3 dollars per visit. I will now drink exclusively at blodgett and Dobson creek.

​While on a road trip, we stopped for a quick coffee. The initial service was pleasant, but it went downhill fast when I asked for a splash of cream in my espresso. The barista said I would be charged for a different drink, a policy that made no sense to me. It's like ordering a drip coffee and getting charged for a whole new drink just for adding a splash of cream. I was surprised by the upcharge, and her snarky attitude made me feel like I was being treated unfairly just for asking questions. ​I am not a cheapskate, but I found the situation frustrating. I'm not the hugest fan of their coffee and I dislike that they use coupons rather than loyalty points. However, their customer service is typically so outstanding that I choose them over any other place any day. There is one gal who truly deserves customer service of this whole county because she is amazing. Always smiling, always kind, and always ready to go above and beyond. I really wish I knew her name. Once I find out I will update. One time my kids wanted a drink that was similar to another shop and the gals tried to recreate it and my son preferred it to the original shop it came from.
