McDonald's — Restaurant in Pomeroy

It's a place to eat I guess if everywhere else is closed and you're starving and you want something slapped together really quickly and carelessly without anyone paying attention to what you're asking for LOL. Especially if you don't want napkins and condiments like straws and everything else that usually are supposed to be put in the bag at a drive-thru without having to go through all the trouble of asking for each and every one of them and how many of each one you want because they won't give them to you if you don't ask. Believe it or not. LOL their food is well McDonald's food LOL not much more you can say about that. Their service is McDonald's service LOL and atmosphere well you know the rest. LOL sorry it's just so hard to be serious about this one. I mean everybody should know me Donald by now somewhere okay somewhere a lot worse than others well this one well let's just say it's worse than others. Don't go there late at night especially if you live across the river which is right next to it and right next to the bridge to West Virginia because there's cops that love to pull you over on your way to and from McDonald's to get that West Virginia money for Ohio and make themselves feel good. And don't go during the day or else you wait in line almost playing around into the road which is about 20 cars back so expect about a 20 minute wait before you even get to order if you're in the Drive-Thru. They need to figure out something with their dang two lane drive through. Got there at 430 I'm waiting in line I finally get up to the point to choose a lane I start moving into the outside lane. Some jerk cut through the whole line and took my spot and forced me into the inside line. Usually your trapped in that line. Things were looking up. The person in front of me got their order and moved up. Then they were able to take my order immediately. I'm like ok great I'm going to get out of here quick. The jerk in the other lane pulls up and blocks me in when she was supposed to wait on me. Then when the line finally moved the lady went and I started to pull out behind her and the lady in the other lane hit the gas and nearly took out the front of my vehicle to get in front of me. She blocks me in and goes in front of me. Then I hear her arguing with the people taking the money. She was told to go behind the vehicle that cut in front of me. Two people cut in front of me almost caused a fender bender and I got there at 430 and got my food at 452 😒 haven't went there for a while because it's always a castrophe!!!! Went in to get my family dinner. The person at the register did not greet me. Just stared at me. He did not ask if I was picking up a order or ordering in. He just stared at me. After a few seconds of silence. I told him I have a pick order. Didn't ask if I had a conformation number or anything. He turned are walked over to another country and looked at another worker and said "guess who just showed up?". The other employee said a comment and he turned to me and handed me two bags. He did not ask me anything. I could have just walked in and said I have a online order and walked out with someone else's food. That I didn't pay for. So, I checked the bags and made sure what he handed me is what was ordered. The worker never said thank you or anything. He just stared at me. Wow, customer service at that mcdonald's has gotten bad. When I worked at a mcdonald's a number of years ago. And if anyone acted like that. We were fired. Their job depends on the customer. I will not go back again.
