I called in from out of state to order a bunch of pizzas for a special lunch for the residents and staff at a local assisted living facility. I spoke to the owner Becky who was an absolute delight. I appreciated her attention to detail when she took the order and how much time she took to make sure she got it right - even though I suspect she was very busy getting ready for the lunch rush. I never felt hurried and she was very patient.

When the assisted living facility staff member accidentally went to the wrong restaurant thinking they would pick up the order, I immediately called Becky to give her a head's up about the delay. She reassured me that the pizzas were ready to go (right on time) and I know she kept them warm until they could be picked up.

To my surprise, right after I finished the call, Becky immediately called back and offered to deliver the pizzas - which I thought was an incredibly thoughtful touch!

The facility staff member picked up the order shortly thereafter, and everyone at the facility had a wonderful pizza party and raved about how warm, fresh and delicious their assortment of pizzas were - all with excellent crusts, sauces, cheeses and a generous selection of toppings!

Next time I visit the facility, I plan to make Pomona Park Pizza & Subs a regular stop to enjoy a great meal and friendly service - and I'm sure I'll order more meals from them for future meals at...

I always liked the pizza at this place . After a while the owner had some people working there that messed up orders . I would go there and they didnt have my order because they didnt get my name when i called. Thats because they didnt ask for one. Then i go again just last night and now they are charging the credit cards for using them at that facility. The owner says that the gas stations are doing it to. I found this to be un true. So now they are taking money from your credit card because they say they lost 9,000 dollars. Is that our fault? Why do we have to pay for there mistake. i will never go there again even though the pizza was good. Im not getting ripped off and i hope anyone else...

I had the hamburger sub and bacon fries. I consider myself a burger queen, and this dish was amazing! The meat was tender all the way through. It was served on a toasted hoagie. The French fries were lathered in bacon and cheese. They use shoestring fries that came out golden brown. The staff was friendly and the service was quick! The parking has trees that cause some congested parking options. It kind if gives it the backroads charm though.
