I usually come to this Jack in the box and have always experienced good customer service. Tonight we ordered from the mobile app and went to pick it up. We pulled up to the order speaker and told them we were picking up. The girl wasn’t nice at all and in the rudest tone said to pull up to the window. There was one car in front of us. When it was our turn, we approached the window and the girl inside had the meanest look. Opened the window, and just handed over my drink aggressively. She then handed me two of my bags and I asked if I could have sauces, she yelled back that there were sauces in the bags. She then handed me my last two bags and nearly threw them at me. I grabbed them from her and she stared yelling at me, telling me not to grab them the way I did and she then was telling me to park or pull over. Never experienced any kind of customer service like this at a fast food restaurant. You wanna get paid $20 to treat people like this? This happened Friday, 5/31 around 7:20pm

Read moreI was at Jack in the Box a couple days ago and proceeded to complete the survey once at home. I returned to redeem my survey questionnaire. I ordered the buy one get one free croissant supreme. I then overheard Johnny ( possibly mgr) say to cashier , " no cheese on the croissant " I was thrown back and asked Maria, "i don't get cheese ? ) She responded , "no " so do I get cheese on the croissant that I paid for ? She said that she didn't know. Then Johnny came to front counter and said no cheese on both. I said I wanted corporate number and both Mariah and Johnny said they didn't know it or have it. I started to get a little upset. Then Johnny said, " I'll do it this time only ". I was appalled at what had gone down. Isn't this false advertisement? Nothing states in survey that I don't get cheese. Plus the sausage croissant I paid for I wouldn't get cheese. That doesn't make sense. The company is making money hand over fist. Just ridiculous. Read moreIt was nice to find a place at past 10 pm. to get a bite for our long trip home after leaving the ICU in Temecula. The food was good and the personnel were nice. You can see the only 2 people in there were running around and putting all 💯+ to give perfect customer service. But hey, Jack, don't be greedy that is how you lose customers, give the manager more personnel in the night shift, the wait for us was over 7 minutes but that drive thru line grew quickly 7 cars in 4 min. Waiting behind us plus the customers inside the restaurant. Only two people? This was a Thursday night, imagin on Friday or the weekend, add to the equation this Jack is conveniently at the exit/entry of a freeway. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure you will lose revenue by forcing people to go to the competition. Stay cool, Jack.
