Subway — Restaurant in Pomona

I'll probably will never order from this location ever again and I've been coming for years! They messed up my order big time . Ordered the 6inch oven roasted turkey with the Italian herbs and cheese the only thing they got correct was the bread,turkey,and cheese, the rest of the sauces that I added as stated on my receipt weren't added nor green pepper or onions. Also they added the crunch thing with the sweet teriyaki sauce which made my sub taste disgusting. When I got to the store I opened the bag and good thing I checked they also gave me the wrong doritos, they gave me the regular cheese ones where it should've been the cool ranch I told the guy who was at the register he gave me the wrong chips he said both were the same I was like wtf so he let me change them. My sisters order and mines were completely different. Don't bother ordering from this location. Forgot to mention there was a customer in front of me I believe he had a mobile order as well it seemed like they messed up his order as well. I called this store to complain and they never answered!!! So I called the number on the bottom of the receipt explained everything so they offered me a refund which I haven't received. Never ordering from this...

I love subway and I loved this one to in till they ripped me off I went there at lunch time and used a coupon that was valid and it said buy any sub get one free when you purchase a drink and I did so when I was paying they said I have the wrong coupon and they will take off the price of a 6inch but I had 2 foot longs and they charged me more than I should have paid I did the math and they scammed me out if $4.35 so we called and the manager who wasent Even present at the time of the incident said that I used the wrong coupon but they did give me extra coupons that were the same and I read the new one and the old one and it said buy one get one free with purchase of drink so they scammed me I will never be...

This particular Subway is a disappointment. I placed my order 20 minutes prior to my arrival time, I specified my preferences and trust me- I’m not picky. My order was simple (turkey breast, spinach and tomato). I ask for curbside pick up. I arrived and parked at the designated spot. Ten minutes passed, I called the restaurant to let them know I had arrived (there was only one customer) and no one answered. I got out of my car, showed them my order and the workers didn't say anything. They only nodded. They make me wait 40 MINUTES! They got my order all wrong and the bread was not fully cooked. Over an hour wait for a 6 inch sub and THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG....
