Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

For my birthday party, my husband and I went to the Pompano Beach store to order food for 25 people. We tried speaking with the manager and told him we wanted to place a party order. He said he would be right with us and told us to wait. He kept sweeping the food prep area as we were waiting for 20 minutes and he never came to us. After 20 mins we left and placed the order online to be picked up at the Pompano Beach store. A couple hours after having ordered, my husband went back online and added food for 10 more people, making the total order for 35 people. When we picked up the order and opened it up to serve it to our guests, the rice containers were huge but the meats containers were very small and definitely not enough for more than 5 people. It was extremelly disappointing. My husband immediately picked up the phone and called the store only to be told they filled the order correctly. My husband then called corporate. The person on the phone ckecked and agreed that the order was not filled correctly. They agreed to give us a voucher for meals for 10 people to be used in the future. Just last week, we had another party and placed the order with corporate on the phone and the order was to be filled at the same Pompano Beach store. The same thing happened. The meets we received were enough for 2, maybe 3 people. It's interesting because when you go, in person to a Chipoltle, and order an individual dish for yourself, the food is plentiful; however, when you order a catering order for several people, they short you greatly. Moral of the story, DON'T CATER FROM CHIPOLTLY AND IF YOU DO, DON'T COUNT ON THE FOOD YOU ORDER TO BE ENOUGH FOR YOUR GUESTS. Also, the Pompano Beach...

The customer service at this location is below zero! I keep coming back to this particular location because it's close to my job and every time they give me so much attitude! Those ladies are so unpleasant they don't care to slap my food around, No consistency with food proportions. Sometimes I'll come and get a fat burrito full of rice disproportioned with the other ingredients, other times ill get a little burrito. I post pictures of my food all the time, it would be best for the company to have a presentable meal because I'm basically giving free advertisement! This time not only was I upset with how my food was handled, They were so busy giving me attitude they couldn't even remember to put the rest of my stuff in the bag and I was so upset I didn't even want to go back. Because at this point, I can say this happens at this location every time and with more than one employee. The way I am treated there really makes me want to find another location or not...

Just had a horrible embarrassing experience at this Chipotle location. You had to be there to even believe this happened. Myself and daughter ordered lunch and proceeded to the cashier to pay. The cashier gave us one bag and I asked if I paid for the bowl sitting right next to my bag thinking it was my daughters food. The cashier said yes put it in a bag and gave it to us to leave. We stopped at the drink fountain and proceeded to exit Chipotle. An employee with glasses beard and dreads literally chased us out of Chipotle screaming I HAVE TO CHEAK YOUR BAG. He snatched the bag out of my daughters hand (in the parking lot) threw his gloves on and no lie ran back inside with our order and proceeded to check the contents in the bag (with no gloves) apparently they gave us the wrong order.
