Dream Cream — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

I literally just threw my cone down the high way it was so disgusting. The Ice cream was freezer burnt and the waffle cone was stale. I asked for soft serve ice cream and they clearly had a machine there…and the kid said they don’t sell it . Then I asked for a hot fudge Sunday... kid says there’s no hot fudge . I order sprinkles on the cone and he literally sprinkles 5 on . We bought one of their lemonades there it tasted like sugar water, like they went to the bodega next door and bought their lemonade and slapped their logo on it. The gentlemen who helped me was very helpful, professional, and polite he explained the menu to me and I ordered the rainbow cake, banana pudding cake, and some chocolate ice cream when I say everything I ordered for me and my kids exceeded our expectations the cake was so moist and hands down the best cake I’ve ever had this place should have a line out the door the ice cream was perfect and just the right texture and consistency and didn’t melt quick. This is my new go to place for a sweet treat!! We will definitely be back and I’m referring everyone to this hidden south...

I came from Miami to try this shop sweets and honestly I'm VERY disappointed. The customer service is horrible. When I came in I did not get greeted and when she handed me my cookies and cream ice cream, I said "Thank you" just for her to say "mmh hmm". No you're welcome or my pleasure or anything! Great customer service is what keep customers coming back and I will not come back without management correcting the face of the company.
