Fish's Wholesale — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

I literally called to place an order for seafood whole distribution as a new client even if I’m a small business you don’t know the Volume/Value that I’m taking in, for you to insult my business by telling me we don’t deal with small businesses like yourself keep in mind it small businesses like us that keep you guys running I would really appreciate Better service from people who business thrives off of businesses like us. then proceeded to tell me that the way they operate they do a credit application, which seems like it’s gonna do a whole 3 to 4 day turnaround because then a sales person has to come out to be able to see if I’m a legit business. I don’t write reviews unless I’m really highly insulted and that is what I got from this company. Literally someone in the comment saying I got a bunch of Seafood not a pallet. Like as if they bought it independently, this is what I don’t understand and I simply don’t want to understand The woman that answered the phone and rushed me off the phone and then hung up on me Great job and gaining new clients do better next time. I have clients that range from Small to large and they spend lots of money for someone like this to insult someone calling just to inquire about how they operate when it comes down to wholesale...

Poor service, poor quality. They make excuses why they sent you horrible filets that they cut, like they had no one quality check it before it's sent out. Ed, one gentelman I talked to is extremely rude, has no class, and has excuses as to why it's everyone's fault but his own, like dealing with a child. Either they have terrible quality control or they blatantly don't care, either way it's unacceptable. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND RECOMMEND YOU DON'T AS WELL!! Save yourself the run around. I couldn’t be more happy with this company’s services, from the quality, the wide range of products, the sales rep, the delivery drivers, the packaging, and the products! Product is always fresh, delivered on ice 6 days a week. Our rep, Eric, has gone above and beyond for us in many occasions, you just don’t find sales reps like him anymore.
