AZUK FINE COFFEE & BISTRO — Restaurant in Ponce

Today was my first time at Azuk and It was a pleasant surprise when I enterred the establishment. Clean, well decorated, adequate food portions and friendly service. It became a new favorite spot for me.

Few things that can be improve: have a decent cable or satellite service, people enjoy watching sports events at places like Azuk. With that, add another ( are least) TV screen. A faster internet connection or service. And last but not least, have signs announcing the day of the week and times for all the different Happy Hours during the week.

Today May 23rd I went with my husband around 9:25.am I got there and only one table was occupied, we proceeded to take a table and wait around 6 min, nobody came to the table since 3 employees were on the corner socializing I walked towards them and ask the if there is anyone working only one employee stand…. My husband was already uncomfortable with the fact that there were NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.,,. I love this place. Food is extraordinary. Coffee by baristas is one of the best. Easily sits around the top position of my best ever coffee I've ever tried. Every detail on every corner(signs,figures)about coffee are great. And best of all, the quality of customer service is an example to emulate. Lighting condition is lovely. Easy access location.
