Hey there! I'm a bit bummed to share that I've visited Ponce twice now, and unfortunately, they don't have flan, baby. I've been a loyal customer for years, and it's my absolute favorite spot, so it's really disappointing to hear that they don't serve it as often anymore. I spoke to a lovely staff member, and she mentioned that it's not as popular these days, which is hard to believe because it's one of their signature dishes, along with their delicious bread.
