Really wish I could give a thumbs down or zero stars. They srew up our pizza every single time! 𤬠It's not that hard!! Slow down, pay attention, listen to what was ordered, by the customer, put it in the system correctly and read the ticket and make it! We always get the same thing, Cowboy pizza and make 1/4 gourmet veggie delight no onions. I repeated it 3 times what I wanted, my husband got there and it was made wrong covered in onions, he told them to remake it, they hand it to him and he says where's the zucchini and spinach, she says it doesn't come with that, so she puts on top of the pizza anyway....hello, that should of been her first clue. He gets home and its still not made correctly. They made it a garden veggie pizza....gross!! I picked off a handful full of green peppers and onion and black olives and they used red sauce as well and not much of it, which the pizza I ordered should have white sauce and different veggies. So I phoned them and let them know and the girl said she was the one that made it and she is really sorry about that, I let her know that they screw up our pizza every time, she repeats she made it the way it was rung up so she made it correct, we went back and forth about it, i repeated that is not what I ordered, you guys never make it right,, well i guess i can put you on the books for another pizza and give you half off next time, but i made it the way it was rung up on the ticket....seriously!!! So I had to add my own veggies. We gave it months before we just tried again tonight. Not a happy customer!! We are done with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm only giving three stars as I was in the store as a walk-in for over 5 min before somebody spoke to me. I walked in and there was only one young man behind the counter working extremely hard while talking to a customer in front of me. I wasn't upset that he didn't say anything as he was clearly working hard juggling building pizzas, customers in the store, and customers through the drive. Two customers came in together after I had been there for a few minutes at which time two girls from the back room walked out, greeted the people behind me (seemed like they were family) and took their order still without even acknowledging was in the store. This was when I became frustrated as I had been there for a while with no greeting and now family members were getting special treatment and being served before me. I considered walking out at this point but didn't want to seem rude. After taking the order of the two that walked in after me, the girsl walked away from the register and began making the pizzas of the order they just took, still not even a communication of "Hello, I'll be there in a moment to help you." The young man ended up stopping what he was doing to come help me. The only reason I didn't give a 1 star is because the young man was a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered online for pick up. I decided to go in the store to pick up instead of the drive-through. I noticed there was a place to place orders and a place to pick up online orders, so I stood at that place waiting to be helped. First, there was no recognition that I even entered the store. Second, there was no recognition that I was standing at the pickup online orders spot, just 5 feet from a working employee. Third, I had been standing there 10 minutes when an employee came out from the back and was instructed by the employee 5 feet away from me, who never even made eye contact with me, asked the returning employee to work the drive through. Finally, after the drive-through employee was finished and I was the last customer standing, instead of helping me, decided to change the reciept roll in the register. This is not a complaint. Consider it more of a starting place to improve customer service training. Employees are a product of a company standard through training by leads,...
