OMG!!! This place used to be very good at customer service. So I arrived at the entrance. The only 2 tables available still had the dirty dishes. That is the way the restaurant operates. Grab any next available table, dirty or not. Well, the items sat there for 3-4 minutes. As stated before there were 2 tables both having dirty dishes. I was at one and the other had no occupants. 2 wait staff people walked by me a total of 4 times. After the 4th time that wait person cleared the empty table before mine. OMG!!!!!! 5 minutes into my seating I finally get a wait person to tell the other wait person to clear my table. The second wait person then came with my water. I gave my order right there. “Gang-Gai, Medium with Chicken please”. The wait person leaves and returns with my complimentary soup. Wait! No silverware. I again wait for my wait person to come by to ask for silverware. I timed it. 2 minutes and 14 seconds. OMG!!!!! I eat some of the soup (not as good as I remembered). Not sure what happened there. During this time 3 other people came and sat at the other empty table. Their order was taken and their food arrived. So I sat there again this time for over 10 minutes waiting for my wait person to recognize I do not have my food. OMG!!!!! WTH!!!!!! The other table was only Realizing I have no food, the wait person asks to other wait staff where my food is. 2 minutes goes. Still no food. The wait person finally came to me and asks what my order was. HAHAHAHA. I should have left and gone somewhere else. Nope, I remember I liked the Gang-Gai here. The wait person asks, “You ordered the Pad Thai? I say, “no”. I tell the wait person I have been here longer then the other table and they are halfway thru their meal. Then I say I wanted the Gang-Gai. This person asked what type of meat. I tell this person, “Chicken”. They leave. I wanted the meal medium hotness, but they never asked. The food came and I began to eat it. Why? I have no idea. Ever been so mad you have no rational thoughts? Now, you think “Strike 3”, right? No way man. My water is not filled up. My bill is not delivered to the table. So, I finish my meal. I go to the counter and ask how much do I owe? The person behind the counter say 949. The meal was not worth $9.49. I PAID THE $9.49. NEVER AGAIN! I will never eat at the Lemon Grass Thai restaurant again as...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lemongrass Thai Restaurant, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. Lemongrass Thai truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

First and foremost, the food at Lemongrass Thai is simply exceptional. The flavors are vibrant, authentic, and wonderfully balanced. Each dish is expertly prepared with fresh ingredients and a keen attention to detail. Whether you're a fan of classic Thai dishes or looking to explore new flavors, Lemongrass Thai has something to satisfy every palate. The Pad Thai was bursting with flavor, the Green Curry was fragrant and spicy in all the right ways, and the Tom Yum soup was a perfect blend of sour and savory.

The staff members are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about providing a memorable dining experience. They were more than happy to accommodate dietary preferences and offer recommendations based on individual tastes. The servers were prompt and efficient, ensuring that our meal progressed smoothly without any delays.

I must also mention the reasonable prices at Lemongrass Thai. Considering the high quality of the food, the portion sizes, and the overall experience, I found the prices to be quite reasonable. Lemongrass Thai offers excellent value for money, and I truly felt that I was getting more than my money's worth.

In conclusion, Lemongrass Thai is an outstanding Thai restaurant that deserves the highest praise. The delectable food, top-notch service, and inviting atmosphere make it a standout among its peers. Whether you're a Thai cuisine aficionado or simply looking to try something new and exciting, Lemongrass Thai is the perfect choice. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this...

First off, let me start by saying this review is solely based on my experience today and how it made me feel regarding this restaurant.

In previous experiences we have had pretty adequate service and in some cases exceptional service when it comes to speed.

Today was a rather busy lunch hour and we were sat after about 15 minutes. We immediately placed our order because we were under certain time constraints. After conversing for about 50 minutes we realized that our time was running short and we needed to depart.

We were planning to just have the waitress warp our food in a to go container but she said that there was still roughly 5 minutes before our food would be complete but that we could cancel.

We did receive an order of Spring Rolls rather quickly that we would have had on our bill.

My biggest complaint in this entire experience is that we were not compensated for our wasted time.

My suggestion would be for the staff to warn patrons that because of the high traffic time, food may take longer than usual. This gives the patron a better estimate of whether they are willing to wait. By not knowing that the wait was longer than usual, we ended up wasting all of our time waiting on food we never received and had to leave without eating and not having time to choose an alternate.

This shows a lack of consideration and on top of it all we were charged for the Spring Rolls, where it should have been waived as a courtesy for such a...

If you’re looking for bold flavor, fast service, and a cozy spot to crush your cravings—Lemon Grass Thai Cuisine in Pontiac is where it’s at! 🔥🍜🇹🇭 The staff is so welcoming, the food comes out quick, and every bite is chef’s kiss. I started with the spring rolls, fresh rolls, and that crispy crab Rangoon—can’t go wrong. 🥟✨ The drunken noodles were fire, but the beef basil kra pow? That was the star for me—so much flavor! And if you’re a pho fan, they’ve got you covered. 🍲🌶️ Next time you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed! #foodie #PontiacEats #DetroitFoodie #MetroDetroitFoodie #ThaiFoodLovers #FoodieApproved #DetroitInfluencer #CravingThai #PhoReal 🍜🔥🥢🍴

I was staying at a hotel nearby and when searching for somewhere to eat dinner, this was the first place to pop up- just a short walk away. The reviews were all positive but I was still pleasantly surprised with how delicious the curry really was! To start, my coworker and I both decided to share the puff pastries (basically like a smaller samosa?) that was served with sweet chili sauce, and they were pretty tasty. Thereafter, he got the red curry and I got the massaman curry with tofu. Honestly, I was incredibly happy with my dish. I went for Hot on the spice level, and it was the PERFECT amount of spice. My coworker got medium and he was slightly suffering, so I suppose be careful if you’re sensitive. 😂 If I was local, I’d definitely revisit to try the rest of the menu but nonetheless, I strongly recommend if you’re in the mood for a curry!
