Eddie's on Main — Restaurant in Port Allegany

What a delightful surprise! Was in the Port Allegany area for a soccer game. Afterwards, we looked for a place to eat and HOLY MOLY! We did not expect to find a restaurant that offered more than fried foods. We had homemade pizza, a shrimp salad and a chicken salad with home- made dressing that we wanted to eat by the spoonful! The waitress was busy but attentive. The price was right. You get more than you bargain for at Eddie's. We will definitely go back when in the area. P.S. They also serve ice cream if your pleasure is simply a quick stop for a cone. Delicious! Eat...

Hidden gem, though be patient. Food took about 30 minutes to arrive, but was worth the wait. We ordered boneless wings, train wreck fries, and pepperoni pizza. The boneless wings are nothing to write home about. But the fries are so good, loaded with ranch, cheese, bacon on shoestring thin fries, yumm. The pizza was excellent, flavorful sauce, great cheese... not overly greasy. Trust me and get a side or two of garlic butter to dip the crust!...

Did not find this a pleasant experience, we waited a long time for 2 burgers an two kids small pizzas, my sons burger was burnt black he couldn’t even eat it, they did make another for him he bit into it an a huge long hair was in his mouth he was done , we were told we didn’t have to pay for his burger since he didn’t get to eat either one , we paid an walked out an they charged us anyway....
