La Salsita — Restaurant in Port Arthur

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! KITCHEN IS DIRTY, STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL..This was our 1st time here. We ordered the PESCADO MAJARRO... when it was served the lettuce was slimy in the salad. Then the fish was RAW RAW RAW, we discovered this after we ate the tail. Which was cooked because it's thinner. we told the waitress she took our plate and gave it to the cook, which we can see. He literally just dropped the fish back into the fryer and served it back on the same plate, by now the rice and beans were cold. He didn't apologize, they didn't replace the salad, they didn't give us hot rice and beans. We were treated like WE did something wrong. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN... I'm so tempted to report this establishment to the HEALTH...

Normally I would say the food & service was great. Today we ordered what we normally have which are tacos for my husband and gortitas soupas for myself. The lady who served our food got on the offensive side saying that they don't serve wire in their food. I never implied that they did. I don't have braces on my teeth and I don't walk around with wire in my. I assumed the wire may have come cleaning the grill or something. The was great up until the moment I took a bite of my food & it felt like I had a fish bone in my mouth. I took out the object and to my surprise it was about two inches long of wire. Very sad...
