Today, December 21st 2024, I ordered a pizza at the Domino’s on Memorial Boulevard. After telling the lady what kind of pizza I wanted she asked me for my credit card number, And she said to enter it on my keyboard of my phone. So I gave her all the information, the credit card number, the expiration date and the code on the back and she said that card didn’t work. I told her that didn’t make sense so I gave her another number on another card and she said that one didn’t work either, I said that doesn’t make any sense. I had already given her my address And I told her that the last time I ordered a pizza it was sent to the wrong house. It went to the neighbor behind me and I didn’t get my pizza and I did not get my money back either. And she said, let me send you to the office. Maybe they can help you with your pizza. I was transferred to the office and I was told the only way I could get a pizza was to pay cash and I said why that doesn’t make any sense. Both of my credit cards are fine. I was told they could not deliver a pizza here where I live unless I paid cash, Now that makes no sense whatsoever because I have never had a problem with any of my cards and I told her that my husband orders pizzas from them all the time. I guess they are trying to punish me for reporting them to PayPal for not delivering my pizza About a year ago, they delivered it to the neighbor behind me and I didn’t get my money back either! I don’t trust them at all! They got 2 different credit cards with all my information and refused to use them and trust me they wok just fine because I called Pizza In after that and got my...
Read moreThese clowns delivered my pizza to the wrong house. My neighbor saw my name on the ticket and brought it to me. Of course I called the store to inform them of the mistake. I spoke with a female manager who immediately became defensive and displayed the most unprofessional, uncaring attitude I've witnessed in a long time. Granted I wasn't calling to ask that they redo my order, which is the appropriate thing to do since the error was on their end and they put my food at risk of being tampered with. Instead of apologizing and giving me, the customer, the impression that the issue would be addressed so that it doesn't happen again, she treated me as if I was trying to scam her out of another pizza. We ended up in a shouting match on the phone that lead to me going to the store to deal with her face to face. So happens that when I got there and was raising hell, the delivery guy who made the error walked in. When he realized what the manager and I were arguing about he stepped in and owned up to the mistake. Now Ms. Manager is standing with a stupid look on her face searching but never finding the words 'I'm Sorry'. She offered me a discount on my next order as if I was ever in my life going to do business with them again. This store is in desperate need of some Undercover Boss action because they are a mess from...
Read moreDisgusting. I really wish I didn't even have to put 1 star. Let me start by saying the lady who took my order was nice. Ok, let's get to the real story, I ordered a large supreme pizza and it was delivered to me looking like it had been eaten, shaken, tossed and flipped. It was horrible. ( I posted a picture). I am posting this review because of the managers reaction when I called to let her know what happened. She had an attitude and said she did everything right so she does not know how that could have happened. Umm ok well how are we gonna fix this, she told me she would give me a $5 credit on my next order. WHAT!? You think I'm ordering from y'all again!? I needed a fix then and there I had to wait a whole other 35 mins to get a new pizza, she didn't offer a free dessert not even a 2 liter for the inconvenience. So unprofessional. To the lady who took my order you were sweet and nice and if I were you I would find another job, because working for that kind of manager and delivering those type of pizzas does not...
