Subway — Restaurant in Port Arthur

Came in today The meat was hiding I asked The nice girl why they were hiding the meat and they claimed it was to protect it. I'm sorry folks but I want to see my meat when I come to Subway the same way we are used to seeing it. I don't know if you got rotten meat back there or not. My sandwich was very small and barely had any meat on it or lettuce, the girl was back there crumbling crumbs of cheese on top of my sandwich which I had to look on the side behind the wall that they have covering the meats and the cheeses. I will never go back to this store again this was ridiculous. Lady take the cover down Subway is a place where we like to see our meat our fresh meat. Worst Subway I have ever visited and I promise you I will never come back to that crappy store again. And the owner look like she's making sure that the girl puts crumbs on the sandwiches. Whatever happened to customer service? All you guys want to do is make money and you couldn't care less about your customers. I bought two footlongs that equal out to a half of footlong if you put them together that is how less of a sandwich they made for $28. Never going...

I was not asking for excuses. More leaning toward some type of genuine customer service. The whole situation could have been avoided had you had proper signage. In the end that was waste for you and I was pretty upset because had I known the correct info I would have ordered differently. I absolutely stand on my previous statement the customer service has really taken a turn.

Came in and made sure I read all the signage concerning coupons. Ordered my sandwich and presented coupon to be told "I cant accpet a coupon for that sandwich". I said thats not what the sign says. He says well my manager Patel says no. So I said ok and he said so you dont want the sandwich? I aaid no I dont and left. I can spend my money elsewhere. I used to frequent this particular store but the customer service has changed drastically. Last time I ordered and the actual manager made it wrong from an online order. She then said to bring it back. Gas prices are too high to inconvenience people in such a way. I tried one more time and this happened. I will not be back...

I have gone here multiple times but I am done. It does not matter what you order when you order online …they will not make it correctly. I just returned with two sandwiches and receipt clearly shows black olives and no where does it say I want pickles. Guess what no black olives but I got pickles. I have given them multiple chances but in all 3 times …the sandwiches were not correct. If you call to complain they just ignore you. Save your money …go to...
