Casey's — Restaurant in Port Byron

Ordered a large pizza on 4/23 at about 5:30 PM. Got there at the time it was supposed to be ready, and it was just getting started on. No big deal, stuff happens, it's not the end of the world. No I wasn't super happy and it may have been noticeable, but that's no excuse for the young woman working the kitchen to be as rude to me as she was, plainly exclaiming that I "didn't need to roll my eyes" and that "people have jobs" and proceed to give me nasty looks while preparing my order that was already late. Let the record show that I did not say anything in response to this rude behavior. Let me be clear, I do not expect to have the red carpet rolled out for me in this scenario, but that behavior was absolutely out of line and unacceptable. The nice woman working the counter was very friendly and helpful however. This occurred at around 6 PM on 4/23/2022 at this location. This Casey’s has gone down hill SO much. Last week I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, only one pizza was ready, they didn’t realize there were two on the order. Okay that’s fine, I waited for the other to be ready. Drive 15 home to realize the pizza they made was wrong. Called to let them know and was met with horrible customer service, the person said ‘what do you mean it’s not right?’ I proceeded to tell him only half of the pizza was supposed to have jalapeños. Then he told me, ‘That’s not what the order said’ I asked to speak to a manager who confirmed that’s what the order said and apologized and said they would write me down for a free pizza. Today I was going to use the free pizza, called in an order was told it was going to be ready at 5:28. Got there at 535 and it wasn’t even in the oven yet. Ordered a pizza and was given a 30 minute pick up time. When I arrived, I was told it hasn’t been started and to come back in fifteen. I came back 25 minutes later and they did not start the order and had to wait another 35 minutes in Casey’s. I was also told they did not have sauce for the chicken I paid for. I missed most of the social event the pizza was even for. Slices are rarely on the spinner during the week and in the morning for breakfast during the week. I am not normally one to post reviews or even be upset, but this was ridiculous. Not even a “sorry for the wait.” SMH. I am going to kwik star...
