Message to a manager: we had a great time on Sunday afternoon at the pool and restaurant, but for some reason your stuff would not allow us to go to the pool on Wednesday. Please inform your stuff about pool rules because it ruined my whole day and plan to rest and have a great time... Would appreciate a complementary dinner from your restaurants. That will help your Google reviews. And please take those pool pictures from the Google, and that you are open for public sign)))). People waste time thinking they can go to the pool and they can't......

The only good thing good about the Roost is their happy hour, cheap drinks and heavy heavy pours. The staff is horrible, rude, loud, and unprofessional. I could hear them talking badly about customers and other employees from the bar. If you like cheap drinks and an unprofessional staff this is the place to be. Called for pickup order of wings, called 1 and 15 minutes prior to pick up, had to wait 30 minutes and they were not busy!
