Roma's really was a tale of conflicting experiences. My party of 3 arrived at about 7pm. There was a moderate wait of maybe 20 minutes and the hostess was extremely cordial and informative. We were seated and placed our order at around 7:30. I ordered mussels in white for an app, as well as our meal orders. Maybe 10 minutes later we were informed that the mussels would be another 30 minutes, and our meals another hour. What?! But our server was very apologetic and nice. She brought a loaf of split garlic bread. I asked for olive oil for dipping and was offered their house oil/herb blend. The bread was very poor, crunchy and dry. Clearly stale leftover sub rolls. However, the oil blend was absolutely delicious. Finally the mussels came. Again, two worlds. They were very good, but far too many were unopened (maybe a third) and they were not accompanied by anything to dip in the sauce. Salads were standard and ordinary. Finally, the main dishes arrived at around 8:45. Chicken parmesan, shrimp parmesan, and veal piccata. The veal was tender and sauce was rich and velvety. The chicken was nicely pounded thin and quite good. The shrimp was also very good. All in all, the food was pretty good, but the wait was far too long. I would still recommend, but some improvements need to be made. BTW, the wine list was limited to house red, house white, house chianti.

Hi Folks, this is not your typical Pizzeria joint. No! This is one of those restaurants that is tucked out of the way, off the main path that is a quiet place that has the atmosphere and provides you with feel good food restaurants. Yes, it's that kind of place where the wait staff knows you by name and no matter how busy they get you just don't mind, because it's that good. Friendly service and absolutely the best American Italian dishes that will just blow you away. MY waiter was Arnesto, and he’s been working there for 12 plus years there. That in and of itself should tell you about this little gold mine. The busser Jerreth was efficient and moved quietly from table to table clearing them. He even took the time to make sure that the dishes didn’t clack together loudly to disturb the guests that were dinning. Yes, that’s how detailed they are there. Although the total guest experience stats in the parking lot which is the only thing that needs to be addressed and I do not believe that Roma has anything to do with that. Don’t let that stop you from trying this place out. Roma is utterly amazing and believe me I know restaurants. I work with them every day. They are SpotOn.

Quaint and charming little place in the middle of a residential area.. ok food and staff meh just ok.. I guess the server just wasn’t feeling like being there or peopling at all but I just always wanted to go there since it’s right in my back yard and honestly I was truly disappointed. I like to feel welcomed if I’m spending my time and money somewhere. Let me know what’s good on the menu.. suggestions maybe.. call me crazy.. I ended up just having a grilled chicken ceaser salad which was ok at best.. I wasn’t expecting 4 stars but for taste and service it’s a 2 ⭐️ in my opinion.

THE WORST QUALITY PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD!!!

This place was recommended to me as I moved here from NYC, what a horrible quality pizza.

I ordered the Sicilian Pizza with Pepperoni.

It was completely devoid of taste, the cheese was sparse and had no taste, wasn't even completely cooked, the crust/dough had no weight to it (obviously not high gluten flour), the sauce was comprable to canned sauce, and the pepperoni was a flavorless joke.

We literally threw the pizza out after looking at each other in disgust for having taken the recommendation to order delivery here.

The icing on the cake, I called them up immediately to complain and theyre fragile ego couldn't even process the truth that this is trash. The woman who picked up the phone immediately became defensive and threatened to hand the phone over to her 'Father in Law.' Birds of the feather for sure. She informed me that they use the best pepperoni you can buy. Let me tell you gavons something, high quality pepperoni is thick cut, loaded with fat, and curls up into a 'cup' shape when cooked AT A REAL PIZZA JOINT.

I didn't even bother to speak with the 'Father In Law' because I could anticipate a complete closed mindedness to any kind of honest feedback which might help the establishment improve their products.

Let's put it this way, I put a piece of pepperoni on the floor, and the dog wouldn't even eat it. Get real, and for your own benefit, try listening to feedback and giving a care about your customers.

By the way, I'm Sicilian, so don't you dare tell me as a New Yorker that this is a high quality Sicilian pizza, you should be ashamed of yourselves and...
