An Absolute Gem on Wheels! If you spot Chef TJ’s food truck, do yourself a favor and stop immediately. So far I’ve tried the fried goat, fried plantain , Pate KòDe:, tacos, rice, and fish — and everything tastes amazing! The food is fresh, flavorful, and you can taste Chef TJ’s passion in every bite. The portions are generous, the flavors are bold, and everything comes out hot and delicious.

Chef TJ is adorable, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to chat or make a recommendation. You can feel the good vibes the moment you walk up.

I feel like I hit the jackpot with this place! I ordered for my family gathering on the 4th of July, and everyone was blown away by how good the food was. We tried the fried fish, rice, plantains, fried goat, and pate kode—and every single dish was absolutely delicious.

Some of the comments I heard were: “Finally, good Haitian food in PSL,” “This rice is amazing,” and “The pikliz is just right.” One of my cousins, who never eats pate kode, tried it and said, “This is how pate kode is supposed to be—the crust-to-filling ratio is perfect!”

This is officially my new go-to spot for authentic Haitian flavors. The staff is warm and welcoming, and Chef TJ gets a well-deserved 10 out of 10....

Food so good! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic. I ordered the griot with plantains, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and perfectly seasoned.....and fresh!

The customer service was just as impressive. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect! You can really tell they care about their food and their guest experience.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for real Haitian cuisine in PSL. Just what we needed! It’s absolutely worth it. I can’t wait to go back again!
