So many great things to say about YoYos! The owner was the head chef at the best Thai restaurant in Stuart for years and finally opened his own place in PSL. This location is right in front of the Walmart On US One and very close the Jensen Beach and everything north of the Roosevelt Bridge.
This location is on the small side with just a few tables and is geared towards those who prefer takeout. I personally love the small dining room and ultra-casual feel of the space. This a great place to go when you want seriously authentic Thai food but want a friendly, relaxed atmosphere without any pretense. Like a few other casual dining restaurants, YoYo’s has you order at the counter and the food is brought to your table.
So far, we have tried all of the soups, including Tom Yum, Tom Kha, the Pho and the Sukiyaki. All excellent, bursting with flavor and reminiscent of our favorite places in Thailand. The Thai spring rolls are crunchy and delicious. You’ll find all the most famous Thai salads including Larb, Nam Sod and Spicy Beef. Each one more delicious than the other.
The curries and stirfry dishes are amazing. YoYo uses the freshest ingredients and is very generous with all the best ingredients including ginger, basil, lemongrass and cilantro. Keep in mind, this isn’t like the Americanized version of Thai food that has become so prevalent. This food is like the best you can get from a street stall in Bangkok. There is nothing better!
Thai Iced tea and Thai iced coffee are available as well as a nice assortment of canned drinks. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients.
My only real suggestion would be a better assortment of chili sauces which should be left on the table. These condiments are necessary to complete the experience.

Read moreMy boyfriend is disabled and has been paralyzed for about 10 years, the Caucasian guy at the front desk was beeing so rude to him because he ask for bbq sauce and also he said he didnt like the rice it was verry plain, rice is not hard to make and honestly guys anyone should be able to duplicate a better pot of rice, i also thought the same. He started talking down to him like he was a child, i couldnt believe what was happening infront of me. Also before this situation we both told the same guy weve been vegans for 3years and had a long convo about being vegan before we ordered. We decided to have a side of spring rolls and something else that he said was just dough. When we ate the dough their was meat inside and i instantly went to him and asked him why did you give us somthing with meat he laughed and said oh yea its just a little meat... We were like wow, so the final straw was today when he took it too far and embarrassed us infront of his customers and after i told him ill be leaving a nice review he acted as if i wouldnt be making an impact so here it is guys my experience, and honestly i think him and the guy yoyo in the back is more than just asian street food sellers if you know what i mean, and it really doesnt matter what people do on their personal but please, just wash your hands. Read moreNot your average Asian restaurant. This restaurant offers a very diverse selection on their menu and reminds us of the type of restaurant you would experience in Miami or Tampa.
My wife and I second time there. Both times I had the fried Pad Thai. First time with chicken which was so good I went back and had it again with beef. The peanut was not overwhelming and the dish had just a hint of sweetness to the flavor making it easy to eat the entire generous portion without taste bud fatigue. A little bit of the optional house hot sauce puts it over to the top!
My wife had the Tom Yum noodle soup both times. First with shrimp then with beef. She has been to Bangkok and has tried the real deal. She said YoYo's broth, the sourness, is spot on with what she had tasted in Bangkok with only the vegetables being slightly different but not in a bad way.
My wife also ordered the fried Pad Thai with tofu and we both tried it. Again very good with the tofu cooked just right, crispy on the outside and moist on inside.
On the waiters recommendation my wife and I shared a serving of the mango with sticky rice dessert. My wife is not much of a sweets person but I really enjoyed this dish. The mango was ripe and sweet and the rice had sort of a rice pudding taste but of course sticky which makes it unique. According to the waiter the sticky rice was made fresh that day and it tasted as such.
We plan on returning to further explore the menu. Staff is very friendly and...
