Yesterday I visited one of my new favorite places, the Chatterbox in Portage, PA. The former department store now houses beautifully curated antique and vintage treasures. A long bar invites regulars and new visitors to enjoy their tasty drink menu and enjoy conversation. The owners are incredibly kind and were really my favorite part of my visit. Most of these items are going to my personal collection but I highly recommend visiting the Chatterbox to find treasure of your own and enjoy a delightful coffee drink or milkshake!

Always a good time at The Chatterbox. Bob & Bonnie go out of their way to ensure everyone is having fun. The atmosphere and the restaurant, with all the hallmarks of the old-time soda fountain, are a must see!

Yesterday I visited one of my new favorite places, the Chatterbox in Portage, PA. The former department store now houses beautifully curated antique and vintage treasures. Every single thing they have here is great. The coffee is the best in town, sandwiches and soups are fresh and have a homemade taste and feel. The shakes are great and generous portions and the pastries are the best in town as well. Some of the best cookies I've ever had anywhere. Out of everything I said, the atmosphere is the most impressive thing about this place. We love coming to the Chatter Box when we are in Portage. The owners are so friendly and welcoming when you arrive. I love exploring the shop which is full of vintage treasures to buy that are all at great prices. Some of our favorite food items are the icecream, Mighty Mayor, Hot Buttered Coffee, Chai Tea Latte, and chili. We always make it a point to stop by when we are in town and the experience never...

This place is a large vintage shop that just so happens to also be a coffee shop. The owners were a joy to have a long conversation with. The coffee was very good. The brownies were huge, and of course I found something to purchase from the vintage shop. The owners let us hang out for hours talking to our cousins, and came around offering...
