Went because it wasn't really busy. Start you off with chips and salsa. Salsa was a little runny and bland. Ordered queso fundido. It was okay. Not as flavorful as I have had at other places. Hubby and I had the mixed fajitas for two and a taco de lingua(beef tongue taco). Never had it so I wanted to try it. Heard it is supposed to be flavorful. The steak in the fajitas was chewy. It also had chicken. I was disappointed because it wasn't flavorful at all. It lacked seasoning and grilled taste. The lettuce and cilantro mix that you use as a topping was not fresh. Some of it was starting to turn. Really turned me off. Beans were ok. Rice was bland. The taco de lingua was the worst of all. It did not have any flavor!!!! Are you noticing a pattern here? It came on a corn tortilla, wit only cilantro and onions. Service was a little below average, as our drinks took too long to get refreshed and she forgot our taco, which now I wish we would've forgot about it and just not paid for it.....won't be back. I love supporting family owned business, but there has to be quality too. They also need to dust their decorations......

Not a very good meal. Started off with chips and salsa which was decent. Nothing wowing. Ordered queso fundido as an appetizer. This was better. Hot and cheesy. We had the mixed fajitas meal. Never had it so bland before. Needed seasoned bad. Steak was a little tough. Veggies did not seem fresh at all, and some of them you could tell was starting to turn. The atmosphere was beautiful. Our waitress was mediocre. They were not busy but she rarely walked by to make sure we were doing ok. They even forgot the extra or of taco de lingua (beef tongue). We had to ask for it. I had high Hopes for a place that had 4.5 stars. I think it was highly overactive and wouldn't go here again.

It was Friday and the time was 1pm. Because there was not a crowd, we were seated immediately. Our drink order was taken and Martha, the waitress, was very prompt. We ordered a chicken taco salad, chicken burrito, and a chicken chimichanga - all lunch specials. The meat was very flavourful and serving was perfect! Martha, the waitress was nice and accommodating. The frozen peach and mango margaritas were perfect! The only reason I took off one star is because one of the workers bought her 5-6 year old daughter and she was running around, past the tables, falling on the floor as we attempted to eat in peace. We will return with hopes of having another great experience.

The food taste was very good. Our waitress was one of the best waitresses we've ever had at any restaurant. The quality of my food was a completely different story. I ordered a taco salad. It came in a normal size taco salad shell but not much meat, not much lettuce, a lot of their cheese sauce, a half slice of tomato, but when I get ready to eat it as I always have a taco salad, it was very soupy. Not sure if it was water from the lettuce or the juices and grease from the cheese sauce, or just a mixture of the three. So they took it back and took it off my bill. And I ended up ordering something quicker since my husband was already almost done with his burrito. However the tacos were also very watery and greasy. By the time I got to my 3rd taco, it was to soggy to even eat it so I just picked out the meat from it. Both things I ordered were a soggy sloppy mess. This was our first time being there. We do, however, plan on going back and trying it again. But this next time I think I will stick to fajitas...... I never thought in a million years someone could screw up taco salad and tacos. What a let down. The waitress was somewhat new and offered to pay for my tacos cause she felt bad. We did not let her do that since it was...

The food was great I only have three problems with this establishment. First I ordered my fiancee and my food and went to pay for it. The lady instructed me to insert my card into the credit card machine.

I did as told and the machine malfunctioned and she kept on insisting that to give it a second and after six attempts it failed and she canceled the order and restarted the machine and wanted me to do it all over again. I said no in will pay cash I was told that the food would be ready in 25 mins.

So I waited in the parking lot became it is a small waiting area. And when I went back in to check to see if my food was ready. I was greeted by a new cashier who asked me if I was ready to order?

I said no I had already ordered and the lady who originally taken my order for me told me my food was sitting on the bench. I said ma, am there is a covid virus out here. Why would you put my food on a bench where people sit?

Lastly I ate the delicious burrito all the way to half of it was gone and found a hair in it!! I was very upset and I know accidents happen. But sheesh I wasn't expecting that at all. Other than that they have great food and I still recommend them to patronize. FYI Just...

So, my husband and I feel like this Father's Day has been crazy for a lot of people, even us. 😳 So, knowing that Father's Day is here & every restaurant was gonna be packed, we procrastinated getting food. Finally, around 8:30pm we decided to go get Mexican food at El Pueblo. We had tried El Charrito the other day and were quite disappointed. We hadn't been to El Pueblo in years because we felt like quality was slipping. Well, let me inform you! El Pueblo is on the path to redemption. Absolutely delicious! Out hats off to the chef! We enjoyed the Nachos Jaliscos w/tender juicy steak and buttery rich cheese sauce. My husband had Steak Enchiladas w/a rich, creamy cheese sauce and I had a Burrito Bandera w/steak and chicken. The meat was so juicy, all the veggies tender and fresh including the guacamole. Our waitress was nice & accomodating. El Pueblo, you have redeemed yourselves. Worth every penny! The only thing I can even come up w/as a nitpick is the menus were sticky in places & there were food crumbs scattered in the windowsill. I can overlook this easy. Chalk it up to a family eating in our seats last & sticky fingers enjoying the chips & salsa. LOL We will...
