Worst customer service EVER!!!!

Tonight we ordered food from your store, like we do often. The order was messed up because we didn't get the lomein we ordered. When I called to say we didn't get it the person offered to have the delivery driver bring it to us. I hesitated because I figured it would take too long but he assured me it would be quick since he had no orders at the time. After about 30 minutes I called and he said the delivery had left but he didn't know where he was. Another 30 minutes later I tried to call, no answer. After an hour the delivery guy finally shows up in a red jeep, and I asked him to have a manager call me. I understood the situation for the most part, until the delivery boy proceeded to tell me this was MY fault. That I neeeded to accept a credit ( which was never offered to me). I told him I was not given that option however he said I was lying. He then starts yelling at me about him being off the clock and he wont tell his manager anything that happened. This is the most unprofessional, rude customer service I have ever come across. I never complain about things but for someone to stand on my porch shouting at me, after they made an error, was so uncalled for. We will NOT be ordering food here again if something dosen't get done. I understand we are one customer however we were severly mistreated and I hope that matters to your company. I bought over $20 of food for me and my young nieces and son and when I recieved my food the chicken was raw.... I called the manager he was very rude and said bring it in I guess I don't believe it's raw though and so I drove up there again and showed him on a plate of the pieces of chicken my little nieces chewed into that were raw and he said that's only a little raw in a rude annoyed tone. I've not been going there for over a year and just went back for the first time to buy some this time still raw.. looks like I'll never be coming back. Disgusting, the manager looked very uncleanly too and was on his personal cellphone texting the whole time. I tried to keep the food to take pictures but he took the plate and threw it in the garbage before I could even though he said he was only showing his cooks. Don't recommend going...

I used to live in the Portage area and this was my favorite restaurant. My husband and I live about an hour away now and we have been calling and checking local places for curb side pickup for more than two weeks. We live between two large cities so there are many asian restaurants to choose from; however, none are answering their phones and once we drove by one, when we were nearby after another errand took us to town, Closed : ( So we decided to go to Great Wall Express on Oakland in Portage! And they did not disappoint! Steve is still working the front counter taking orders (great job Steve) and the food, as expected, is still my favorite.
