GrubHub driver never delivered order, placed order again after dealing with GrubHub customer service only to be called by the second driver at the restaurant that they (La Finca) are refusing service.

I'm being punished (by La Finca) because of an issue with GrubHub I have 0 control over after already waiting twice for an order I was never going to receive.

Thank you for taking your frustrations with GrubHub out on the customer, whom was also trying to deal with the same issue, and support your restaurant. we won't be ordering from here again in the future.

I feel bad that the only person putting in any effort was the second GrubHub driver who is likely not getting a penny for her time or gas after playing middleman.

If you’re looking for service, look elsewhere. I called to place a carry out order and the automated message told me to “check my messages” and then hung up. Apparently you can’t make an order over the phone, I had to do it online. Ok….then I went to pick up my order. I walked in the door to a nearly empty restaurant and waited while a couple workers starred at me from the kitchen. Finally someone gestured to my order sitting on a side table and shouted “that’s yours”. Mind you, at no point did they ask who I was or if I wanted to eat in, etc. got the food home and it was awful. The taco dinner platter had the beans splashed across the tacos, there was enough hot sauce included for exactly 1 of the 3 tacos, and the quesadilla I ordered for $5 wasn’t even worth $3.
