Wow! Amazing BBQ choices. Smoke OTW came to our lakeside community on a Sunday afternoon (June/2022) offering Prime Black Angus Brisket on Texas toast, cherry smoked spare ribs, and steak fajitas on homemade tortillas. Today (August 2022) we ventured over to Marina Shores (Portage) to snag some more of their amazing BBQ! Did I say "Wow!" in my first recommendation? I can tell you that if you don't add them, "SmokeOTW" to your bucket list, then you will cheat yourself of the Best! Wagyu brisket. Come on, Wagyu brisket out of this world. This was my first time here with my wife and family. The view was gorgeous and that is why we choose this place to eat. The staff was very friendly. The complaint we all had was how dry the meat was. The pulled chicken, chicken nachos and chicken quesadillas was very dry. We had to order extra cheese just to keep from gagging on the dry chicken. I reached out to smoke on the water for an event of a 120 people with about a week's notice and their team was able to make it happen The pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches as well as the tacos were amazing!
