Subway — Restaurant in Portage

I used the online Subway app to order this time because the manager encouraged me to the last time I was there getting a large order. I wish I wouldn't have because 2 of my subs I had paid extra to have sliced avacado and fresh mozzarella added which they did not have. I also ordered 5 of my 6 subs to be toasted. They were chicken and meatballs and they were cold and not toasted as ordered which pose a health risk because I know from working at one of the subways owned by the same family that owns this one and even when a chicken sub is not toasted you have to heat up the chicken whether it be strips or the oven roasted chicken unless otherwise requested. And even if you get an online order during dinner rush it should still be handled with just as much care as if that customer was right in front of you. 9 grain italian, Turkey, Provolone, Spinach, Tomato, Black Olives and/or Green Peppers, Mayo, Easy on the Mustard, don't forget Salt and Pepper. It's a good sandwich, but can you really order the same thing each time? With so many possible combinations I cannot. Service was good, My sandwich artist was polite and good at her job. My visit to Subway was for a late dinner so I wasn't upset when I asked for olives and she informed me that they were out, my sandwich was still good, though I believe the straight brown haired girl was as surprised as I was when the "a little mustard" I asked for was dispensed with a overwhelming flow. If I could, I would only give it zero stars their produce was slimy and nasty. 🤮 the tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles all slimy. The spinach I would not have fed to livestock They give you limited options when you are using a coupon. The bread was dry. I don’t think it was fresh customer service was absolutely horrible and rude They don’t listen or maybe don’t understand they barely give you any meat or toppings. The kids complained that their sandwich was slimy and refused to eat it Worst subway we ever gone to !!!I will never go back.
