DelToro Steak Truck — Restaurant in Portland

This was my first time eating here. I came around late afternoon/early evening, on Friday. Everything was nicely cooked and seasoned. Unfortunately, the ribeye was out of stock and I came here to try that. I got the New York instead, and it was good, although not as tender as I would have liked. I don’t usually get New York cuts, so I’m not sure if that’s just how that cut is. It was still enjoyable and nicely seared, with a pink center. My order was about $20 for a New York pan, side of chimichurri sauce, baby broccolini (they were out of asparagus too), and mashed potatoes. I also got a bottle of water for a couple bucks more. Tbh for the price this is super worth. It's way more than I was expecting.

Rib eye ⭐⭐⭐⭐ this was good, specifically the sear?!? Don't expect something gourmet, but expect a solid steak didn't specify doneness but they did medium which I appreciated for this I usually can't eat the fat on steak but this one melted I'd order it again if I was in the mood for it broccolini with it was super juicy and crisp the mashed potatoes hit the spot, they were so buttery

First timer here at “DelToro Steak Truck” let me start by saying this is a amazing place to sit down and get a variety of different healthy meals along with delicious drinks you cannot go wrong with. My woman and I ordered the steak and fries, Fresca, strawberry lemonade which is my woman’s favorite!! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our order.
