I was planning a Dragon Ball Z themed birthday for my boyfriend and she's the only person I have personally seen due character designs. To help make the design easier, I chose to make the Original like a Funko Pop Head. I wanted Cell but the. Design had to many colors and too much detail that she didn't think she could execute, which was frustrating but better than being disappointed in what you pay for. She said the best options were going to be 3 colors max and a simple design. I wanted more than 2 characters but her pricing she quoted me, was per character design I had to purchase a minimum of 2 dozen which came out to $36 per dozen. The thing that made my experience didn't go so well. On my invoice I received $. 75 design charge Per Macaron ($36) on top of the already $3 per each one. It was never discussed in her pricing. I paid the total amount because I have seen her work it's amazing. But when I messaged her back about the design charge, not even a single apology. The day I went to pick it up, she left a hand written thank. But STILL no apology.

We ordered the cookies & cream and fruity cereal, we didn't taste any fruity cereal.

It was $180 for my order, If your looking for design she is definitely a go to person, she let's you know upfront if she can confidently execute it. But in a customer experience I felt like I got the design but I didn't get the taste on half of my order.
