I have been almost a daily customer of Dutch Brothers one way or another and though I have seen a lot of people over the years I don't really remember them but there's one thing that has held true over all these years and it's the fantastic customer service and of course the great tasting drinks.

The thing is I don't really remember things very well these days and the best part is is that these folks always seem to remember me and remember what I like so I don't have to really think about it.

It's part of the reason why I started using the application, as I didn't have to remember my drink.

Over the years the staff has actually taking such good care of me and always remember my drink and most of the time until very recently remember that I like the double cups on my drinks because of the way I hold it so the lid does not popp off.

The location is mainly drive-thru only. You can go inside and place an order as an option during the day.

Also, there's a fantastic 7-Eleven next door.

And the weirdest thing about this place is that you actually feel much better after going here, and that's probably why I keep going there just about every day for a really long time.

Hey big thank you to the staff because most of the time I can't remember things very well or for very long , and no matter what location I went to they always do a really good job.

They are open till about 10:00 p.m. just about every day. And if they close and you need them later than that there's the airport location down the street.

This summer I plan to leave to Asia so I really am going to miss this Dutch Brothers honestly this really is one of the best places in Portland to live at because we have so many cool things and the airport.

Marisa sure this is probably one of the best Dutch Brothers I have ever been to and the airport location well that's second now. However, it hasn't much better vibe and that's where all the racing guys and all the car meet dudes go just watch out for the cops , they like to hang out in the parking lot but are pretty chill and I've actually had a pretty good experience with them.

Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10 and I can't honestly recommend it more or enough to other people.

I like Dutch Bros a lot. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. You never feel like they are trying to rush you out of there. And they always make small talk w/ you,while you're waiting for your drinks to be made. Which is nice, cuz some of them genuinely seem to care. The only thing that I would warn someone about is..... If you are ordering a smoothie, a frost, or a freeze, I would just warn you,that if you order the large,or the biggest size, it's unbelievably huge!!! I'm serious! It is by far the biggest smoothie I've ever had, hands down!!! So its not really a bad thing,but just a heads up. Definitely great if you are wanting to share a smoothie with someone!!!! OH, one more thing that I actually want to say to Dutch Bros, I really like the stickers, but sadly, they always seem to be out of them!? So PLEASE try to get either more stickers, or tell the employees to give them out fairly, so everyone can get one!!...

Miss the original workers from when it was first built she was real great and they were real great great customer service now these days younger workers that have no idea how to make anything or give great customer service except for when they actually get it right it's great it's your job to make sure the customer gets what they want if you don't know how to make something from the secret menu that shouldn't be the customer's fault and you shouldn't rush the customer through because someone is behind the line just because you don't know how to make it take the time to make the customer happy and get the secret menu item right so what if you don't know it...
