I can't thank Fusion Shaved Ice enough for making my visit to the Ankeny Alley Festival truly memorable. The moment I walked up to their cart, I was immediately drawn to their inviting setup. It was clear that they put a lot of effort into creating an atmosphere that was both delightful and comfortable.

I decided to go for the lychee and pomegranate flavors, and that was an absolute delight to my taste buds! The flavors were refreshingly authentic, and each spoonful was like a burst of summer in my mouth. It's evident that they use high-quality ingredients to craft their shaved ice treats.

But what truly set this experience apart was the owners themselves. Their passion for their craft was palpable, and their warm and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. They were more than willing to engage in conversation, sharing insights about their creations and the story behind their business. Their dedication to providing an excellent customer experience was truly admirable.

One thing to keep in mind is that Fusion Shaved Ice is a pop-up setup that frequents different events. I'd highly recommend keeping an eye on their schedule, as missing out on their delectable treats would be a real shame. We had Fusion Shave Ice come out for my company summer picnic earlier in August and they were an absolute hit! The ladies were absolutely the best and so nice and provided such a great bowl of shave ice! They were on time and even a little bit early and even stayed a few minutes later than agreed upon to make sure our guests were all served. I don't think there was a time where there wasn't a line waiting for a bowl and I can honestly say it was the best shave ice I've ever had and I don't regret the two bowls I had. It was a hot day in Portland and I just got back from Big Island and was craving some shaved ice and stumbled upon this place. Everything looked so good that I let the staff surprise me.
