For anyone thinking about moving into TreeHouse apartments, you should take the time to read this. Besides the beautiful apartments themselves, there are two major reasons why becoming a part of this community is a must.
The first reason is Maria Proctor, the community manager. Her work ethic is unlike that of any other property manager I have ever come across. Maria goes above and beyond for all of us here in the TreeHouse community. Her kindness, compassion, and drive are just a few qualities of hers that truly shine each and every day. She's the glue that holds this beautiful community together!
Secondly, when I say community I am not using the term lightly. Everyone in this building that I have come across would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it. From neighbors lending a helping hand, to morning greetings from an adorable golden retriever in passing....You can't go wrong.
To my future neighbors, I am looking forward to...
Read moreI had the most wonderful experience staying at Treehouse for one month this summer. The apartments are beautiful, clean, safe, and quiet with lots of natural light and great windows that can be opened for fresh air. Hannah (the property manager) was amazing and made the whole process so seamless including helping me find a dog walker for my dog :). The building has a great rooftop deck as well with nice spaces to sit and work, a package room with 24/7 access, and controlled entry-exit. I am so thankful I found this apartment while staying in Portland and would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay close to...

The only negative thing i can say is this, my washing machine broke in August. I turned in a maintenence request to get it fixed. Was told it was going to be fixed multiple times. At one point, I was given access to a vacant unit to do my laundry awaiting new washing machine. Then one day, my work clothes disappeared because of the cleaning crew. I was only able to retrieve a small percentage of what was taken and they were completely destroyed. Here we are at the end of October, still no washing machine and not the slightest communication about fixing the work clothes situation. Other than that, I truly love...
