Pizzicato Pizza Sylvan — Restaurant in Portland

Hi, I wanted to share this pizza story I received from the Pizzacato at Sylvan. I ordered approx. 6:30ish and got a medium Hawaiian. It was to take approx. 35mins. I arrived at approx. 7pm. I made my mistake first by not asking to look at the pizza before paying. If I did I would of refused it. My pizza wasn't even WARM??? I only order from pizzacato, whether on Sylvan or in Beav. by the Target/ Subway shopping center. The Beav. Pizzacato is much nicer & caring & does pizza right. I usually go there, but live closer to Sylvan. When I mentioned the pizza was cold he said it was on the oven. Maybe 50ft from the oven. I am a senior on a fixed income. I had given a $3.00 tip. What a mistake. They NEVER OFFERED to make it right or discount it. What happened to making the customer happy?? They just dissed me & the issue. I will never go there again. I've ordered before at the Beav. Pizzacato & got it piping hot. Ran errands & brought the pizza home after an hour. That is when the pizza felt like this one tonite. To ppl out there & order Togo, check first so you will get what you want. I couldn't eat after this. Lost my appetite. I've never given a bad review before. Hope...

I'm sad to be writing this because I've been a customer for 10 years. Usually everything is perfect. Tonight my boyfriend ordered me a pizza very specifically to be delivered, and even added a tip for the driver. After being a half hour late I called and they said they were really busy and had mistakenly marked as a pick up order. It was not a pick up order. Instead of making the pizza fresh they just delivered me the cold pizza that had been sitting there for probably the last 50 minutes. The guy then proceeded to argue with me saying it was for pick up. He definitely told them delivery when they called. Its fine if you are busy, but make it right if you mess something up. You should have brought me a fresh pizza. We have been loyal customers for too long to not be treated nicely. We tip very well every time. Sincerely,...

Best & sweetest customer service I've ever had. I was insufficiently clear re: my weird dietary restrictions (autoimmune disease ftw) when ordering my salad, then came back 5min later to pick up said salad--and found that one magnificent icon sweetpea employee had gone to bat to protect me from cheese, and a second kickass employee had made 2 different salads just in case. !!! They're the absolute best ever. Also, ofc, the food is excellent and the service is wildly quick! The Pizzicato folks are an absolute delight and I am overwhelmingly thankful...
