The people who work there are just rude. Like I went in today for breakfast, and I try to like have a conversation with the gentleman who works there and he just completely just ignored the conversation I guess.I worked in customer service for a very long time and even if you’re having a bad day, got a slap on a smile. Then he got mad at me because I was waiting for 10 minutes for a sandwich that I bought and he got frustrated with me because he kept bringing other peoples orders to the counters but forgot mine and to make clear I was the first person in line and ten people were behind me. And in the middle of me, talking, he stepped aside to talk to one of his regulars, and he was livelihoods bubbly. He was excited to see them, and then comes back to me, and completely ignores My presence. Read moreNice Starbucks at the top of Sylvan hill. Went there on a Sunday at 1pm. No line or wait at the time. I was a little surprised though that they dont allow seating inside yet for some reason. I was having a business meeting and we were able to sit at a table outside. About a half hour later one of the gals asked if we wanted anything else because either the mgr or owner decided to close early. While sitting there we counted over 20 upset customers in 30 minutes that came there for nothing which certainly cost them future customers so I suggest you call before you make the trip there.
