Awesome night at @oldsierracityhotel in Sierra City. The hotel, a gold-rush-era relic, mostly open to through-hikers on the PCT, doesn't have a license to serve alcohol, but Rob, the innkeeper and semi-retired musician, let us sit at the bar, drink our byob, and shoot pool on the de-quartered table while he played country songs on his guitar. I can't say enough good things about this place. Rob's hospitality was exceptional.
