This food truck is stationed at a beer garden surrounded by beautiful tall pine trees—such a great outdoor setting. You can sip a beer and enjoy the fresh air while waiting for your food. We tried the fried fish tacos and the barbacoa tacos. The fish tacos were tasty, but the piece of fish was a bit small and got lost in the slaw. My significant other had the barbacoa tacos and really enjoyed them, so I’d say those are a solid choice!

When you need a tasty vegan snack with your beers or just a tasty snack in general. The salsa is very yummy and almost addictive. The bbq fries with the bean burger was the star of what we got, other than the salsa. Adding the great location with good food also helps. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend.

First-rate food truck/trailer next to (and sharing grounds with) Brewing Lair. Excellent salads. Takeout or dine outside on the cozy and tranquil grounds. Regulars apparently know the place well but visitors may be challenged to find it, up a gravel driveway off Route 70. But well worth the exploration.

The Ricochet Café WAS a unique food and music venue in little tiny Clio. Unfortunately this was the last week of food being delivered to the main room through a window attached to the food truck. Stating in May and for the rest of 2021 season they will be serving at the Brewing Lair. This brings back together Susan, the brewery owner, and Cheryl, the Ricochet Café owners as...

Only food available at the Brewing Lair. Overpriced greasy food truck choice with no ice, (Friend ordered a drink and would've liked it with ice.) and outhouse pit toilet for customers. $14 with tax and asks for a tip when using a credit card to pay for two small tacos. Bring a nice picnic lunch next time because the brewery is great and the...
