Rally's — Restaurant in Portsmouth

I go every 3 months to go to the doctors and I go to this Rally's in Portsmouth Ohio and I went there today because it's my favorite place to eat at. Rally's is very rare and they're very few in between. They are reasonable and price and you get more for your money when you have a family. Well I went through the drive-thru today and the lady that took our money did not seem to be happy about her job we traveled an hour and a half to the doctor one way and we were really hungry. I did not stop there to get her criticism and her snide remarks I was very disappointed in the customer service that I received from her. When I asked her for my receipt she says her reply I don't know where it is she could have easily rang it back up but she did not do it. She tells me at the speaker when I went to place my order that my total was $13 and something I get to the window and I hand her a $20 bill and she only hands me a little over a dollar back. Alright went to Rallys at 11pm on 6/12/25 hoping for a Delicious Big Buford combo, pulled up to the speaker, the cashier said they were out of meat, offered other choices, which included a spicy chicken, i ordered a spicy chicken combo, waited 15mins, 3 workers went on smoke breaks visibly in front of me during my wait. Every car behind me drove off, i think ive even heard they werent accepting anymore orders at this time. Got to the window, politely asked if I could get a discount or coupon for my wait, the cashier asked, then relayed they dont do coupons or discounts, slammed the drive thru window afterwards, I got my food tossed at me(i thought i pulled up close enough). The fries were great, the sandwich however was flattened, wasn't hot, wasn't spicy and didn't taste like chicken, but wasn't fish. I do understand that it may have a long day for them, I've worked fast food for 15 years, but I expect better if im gonna wait 15mins and not have the option of what I actually wanted. my friend and I went through the drive through because I haven’t had rally’s in years and was very polite and went to order our food and was automatically addressed in a very rude manner, my friend and I are teenagers and this guy that was working seemed like one as well so I do understand working is tiring, I don’t normally write reviews but I’ve never actually felt this disrespected in a drive through before. He was very rude to us forgot my friends tenders so we turned around and we drove back through and told him and he was very impolite and was giving us hateful looks, my friend asked for a extra ranch and he said it would be 25 cents okay that’s not a problem, the problem was my friend said he took her quarter and put it in her pocket.
