Midwest Press Coffee — Restaurant in Potosi

My cousin came to visit so we decided to come to Midwest Press. From the moment we walked in, we weren’t greeted, and both of the employees were looking at my cousin and me with “rbf”. I went up to the counter to order and look at the menu, trying to figure out what I wanted and they just sat there and stared at me. They weren’t helpful nor tried to make any conversation or smile. It felt very uncomfortable and rude, I had to leave because I didn’t handle the atmosphere. I would recommend maybe training employees on being friendly and building relationships with the customers. I work in a similar environment and know that this behavior wouldn’t have been tolerated by management. I’m really disappointed because I saw all the great reviews and photos, and it looked like a very cute place. I ended up driving 20 mins to the coffee shop I usually go to because I knew that I wouldn’t be treated...

I am from out of town and I came in this morning to give this coffee shop a try♥️♥️ the flavor of the espresso is absolutely delicious! By far the best coffee shop around! They have the best iced latte’s and such creative drinks and snacks. On top of the quality of their goods, the staff are always fast and efficient. They are so supportive of other businesses in the area and do fun special events throughout the year. The ambiance is clean and cozy.
