Bearfoot Cafe — Restaurant in Potosi

Food was good, my mom really enjoyed her fried chicken. I got chicken tenders since it was a special and it was okay. Our waitress on the other hand left so much to be wanted. Restraunt was not busy only 4 tables being occupied. It took her 15 minutes to come and get oyr order. Drinks ran dry several times, while waiting. She would walk by our table time and time again and never bother to stop to check and see if everything was okay. I ordered a salad instead of soup, my salad wasnt all that great, then I see her bring out a salad for someone else and it had so much more on it than mine. (Mine was lettuce a few crutons and 2 peices of tomato.) I had to ask 3 times just to get some katchup, so I didnt even bother asking for anything else. I never got to see a bill, even when I asked she never showed it. I only gave it 3 stars due to my mom being a pucky eater and she cleaned her plate and said food was good. We will most certianly not be back. I like to support small buisness instead of chains, but when you have wait staff who would ratyer stand around and talk instead of taking care of...

I called in an order for four 10 ounce ribeye steak dinners. They only offer one particular vegetable for that day and a potato side which is mashed potato (no baked potato). The soup of the day was seriously small in portion. Their small take-out container wasn’t even half full and the steaks themselves were cooked ok but they were tough to cut, when the meat should have been falling off the bone ,as thin as they were. And the veggie of the day was corn. It didn’t have much taste at all. I can’t prove it but I’d bet it came out of a can and the salad was ok. But honestly it would be pretty hard to mess up a little side salad. I wanted to pay for the 4 dinners over the phone with my card but they don’t offer that luxury. They failed to tell me that when paying with card there is an extra fee (3 percent of total cost). All in all I don’t see myself going back. They should think about hiring a better cook and purchasing fresh food. And maybe more than just one specific vegetable per day. Give the people some variety...

I've been living under a rock. Been living out this way for over 7 years and never went to Bearfoot Cafe until tonight. And wouldn't you know it, I should have gone much sooner. I was so pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful experience on my first visit. Staff: amazing! On it, friendly, drink refills-yes! Answered questions. All around no complaints whatsoever, she has a great attitude.

Food -selection was awesome, somewhat overwhelming when it comes time to choose, but that's a good problem to have. I could see myself going back many times to try something new. Food arrived quickly. I loved that they actually brought out the salad much before main dish as I actually had time to enjoy it. Everything was well cooked and tasty! Had the regular burger/sweet potato fries, monte Cristo with fries, and a bacon platter with sunny side up eggs. All great!

The establishment itself was comfy, relaxing and just a great experience overall. Will definitely be back! Thanks Barefoot Cafe for a great meal...
