Hello! On June 7th, I attended your Grand Opening on 816 N Charlotte St in Pottstown Pa. You were giving “Free Food” from 3p to 7p. I was in line at 6:45p prior to 7p & others in front of me was there earlier. Your security came to tell us that the “Free Meal” was cut off at a man in a tan hat & those of us that was behind him had to pay. A few of us asked to see the manger to voice our opinion on how unfair that was because some people got off work to rush over to get the “Free Meal” I said to your security guard “can u ask the manager to at least honor the people who were already in line before 7 because that’s not good business” he said “ he was only following orders” which I respect, he’s only doing his job. Your restaurant has a reputation of good food so I wanted to see for myself but unfortunately that will not happen because I feel that not honoring those of us who were in line prior to 7p with the “Free Meal” was wrong. Why not have your security inform you of the last person in line at 7p & anybody after that person have to pay. I’m disappointed in your business on how this was handled & because of this I will not patronize it, you have lost what would have been a loyal & faithful customer on Grand Opening Day. I know me not patronizing your business will not make or break the business, which is not my intention, however I believe in honor & being of your word. Read moreI live about 25 minutes from here and when I want some great chicken this is the place! I placed an order ahead for the first time through the Google maps app, it redirected me to an online portal that I later realized was DoorDash and not the vendor directly. Not thinking anything of it and since it said there was no fee I placed my order for a scheduled pickup about 35 minutes ahead of time so I would arrive to a hot meal without the wait. To my surprise a few minutes into my drive I got a text telling me my order was ready when I was still about 20 minutes away. Not wanting cold food I decided to give them a call incase it was a mistake. I spoke with a woman whom I had a slightly difficult time understanding (I am also a non-native English speaker, I understand being patient over the phone as that’s what it takes for my parents to understand) but after a few attempts she passed the phone to a younger guy who quickly got me sorted out and let me know they would make a fresh meal at my scheduled arrival time. He also let me know for next time that to get their pricing without mark up to order directly off their site. My food was hot and fresh when I arrived, it makes me happy that besides making some great food this location also practices excellent business and I wish them all the success. Read moreThe food is great. However, I am pretty annoyed I was way over charged for my items simply because I ordered online. Isn’t this supposed to be easier for you as a business? So why was I charged 3-5 dollars extra for each item?!? I was wondering why the prices skyrocketed so much. Except they didn’t. When I got to the store to pick up, I noticed the prices on the menu were significantly lower than what I paid on the website! I’m not even sure how this could possibly happen, but I suggest you fix it. Not only is there absolutely no support on the app or website, but no one ever answers the phone. I don’t live by the area I got take out from, so it would be nice if someone could return my call or if you actually had a customer service email I could write to.
