Bause Catering was recommended to me by a trusted friend, but I was still a bit nervous since I've never hosted anything like this. We had a memorial birthday party for about 30 people at a winery in Pottstown and it was amazing in large part due to Bause's amazing staff. They worked magic in small crowded spaces! They were so tolerant of my every email question prior to the event, they assisted unloading my car at the event, they were so very attentive to me and my guests, and the food was wonderful. I've been to events where catered food is expected to be average, but everything Bause did was great. I had so many compliments from my guests about the high quality of the food - from elegant appetizers to hearty entrees to delicious desserts - I am so impressed. They were also so kind and professional: I felt like I was hanging out with friends. I cannot say enough about them. I cannot wait to have another party so I can use them again. I'm also so proud of them since the owners graduated from my high school and, although we didn't know each other then, I'm so very happy for the long term success of "home town girls." We had a small, cocktail party style wedding just last evening, and we worked closely with Erin for our menu planning and delivery at every stage.
