update: the food is now almost as bad as the service, and the service is seriously the worst I've ever gotten anywhere. Even to go orders are impossible to get in a reasonable time. What a shame.... someone needs to open a decent Thai place in the neighborhood. This place needs to go out of business. In honestly surprised it hasn't already.

The food is almost always good, and usually fantastic. We've been eating here for 12 years. The past 5 years or so, the service has been getting progressively worse. They really need more people on the floor: a hostess, a designated to-go order person, an extra server or 2 during rush hours...It's sad because we love the place. I noticed a significant difference in quality, it went from some place I have gone here with my family for years to somewhere I will not go again for a significant amount of time to see if anything has changed. They use plane white napkins instead of the cloth ones they used to, maybe they were an added expense so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. However this does not excuse poor service by the hostess/waitress and food of subpar quality. Long wait for drinks, food and to even take our order. The staff here are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax for hours.
