Been going here for at least 3 years. In that time, they've gotten maybe 3 things wrong and were quick to fix it, no hassle. 10-15 wait from the time of order, typically, and I usually have to wait to eat it because it's so hot. I really don't understand the people saying the stuff is cold. In 3+ years, my food has never been cold.
The food is standard American Chinese fare, better than most and certainly the best in the area. I usually get the Tung Ting Shrimp or the Veggie Lo Mein. Both are out of this world, obviously made from scratch.
This experience is why they earned that 5 star though. When we had the snow storm come through Dec 9, 2017, the power to the entire complex went down. I had already called my order in and was worried they would cancel. They were cooking by cell phone light to make sure everyone was taken care of. This was my last purchase for sure, prices have gone up, portions sizes have dropped and quality has also dropped. The containers are now shallow but if youāve never been here before you wouldnāt notice. Their Lo mein used to be savory and flavorful but now itās just bland and sweet. Their crab rangoon has suffered the same fate.
Service is still fast, customer service is the same as itās always been so no complaints there.

Can the dish I wanted be made with tofu (NO). I could hear a woman in the background and her comments. Also, letās just they had the personality of someone who worked in the sewer. Most of the time the person working there are the owners and their family. I am an owner of a small business making sure our clients no that we appreciate their business.
