The cook is completely unprofessional and seems to be under the influence of something while serving the public. Something is going on with this restaurant lately and the reviews confirm that for me. I've been coming here for 3 years if not more now and today was the worst experience I've ever had in any food establishment. My girlfriend and I ordered 2 chicken ceaser salads and upon examination both of our salads lettuce was unwashed covered in dirt in every crevice of the lettuce and mine had LIVE green aphids on it. Obviously these bugs are known for being in produce, but produce should be thoroughly washed before being served to the public. If you didnt know, lettuce is one of the most common food to cause food poisoning and carries an array of bacteria, don't believe me? Look it up. We were met by the cook with complete unprofessionalism on the matter and his behavior towards loyal paying customers is completely unacceptable in this industry. Especially for a small family owned business. To attack someone and make false claims that they're making faces at you after they've just paid $22 for two salads that did not meet food industry standards is completely unacceptable. I saw the restaurant owner inside too and not once did you come to me and apologize for my experience and make it right. This kind of treatment towards customers is shameful. Do yourself a favor and save your money for an establishment that cares about what they're feeding their...

They have the best freshest food I ordered their meatball sandwich with cheese, the next time I go in I'm going to ask if the meatballs were handled down from the family because there's nothing like them any where. They have great sides the fries are great and crispie, my Granddaughter wanted the onion rings they were fantastic. The owners are very friendly to their customers and they don't ever leave the small kids out they were just as important and friendly with them. This is my new local place that I'll be going back to all the time my Granddaughter is already talking about it. I can't wait to try their rest of the food but you can be guaranteed that what ever sandwich that I'll by that I'll be ordering a meatball sandwich to go, it's that good that you just can't skip a trip and not get it. As far as a picture of the sandwich goes there is none by the time I got my Granddaughter in the passenger side and I walked around she had devorered half the samwich so maybe next time I'll get the picture. The sandwich was so big that I'd thought we spotify would split it but no more she's on her own and gets her own. These are the rest of the 5 stars that I feel that they deserved at the top of the post that I couldn't give but yet I thought they deserved, so I'm giving them 10 stars and I think that they deserve every one of them. Here is to Gianelli's my family we'll be seeing you soon, but not soon...

A strange barn with slapping beef.

This was a small trek to get to, but wow that's some good food! The parking is adequate, building seems to be in good condition and not run down or fading in paint. Drive through is well placed and many items on the menu.

Beef - Perfect beef itself, bread is good wet and flavorful. The peppers are a little under flavored but doesn't detract from the sandwich. My only complaint is that it was small for a "full" sandwich since they offer a some how smaller sandwich. Definitely is one of the better beef sandwiches in the price range it sits in.

Poppers - actual jalapeño taste, really good compared to most places

Fries - love a Thicker fry, salted and a fair amount for the price.

Chicken parm sand - tasty, maybe a little soggy after the 30 min drive home. Wild try again fresh at the store

Our total was slightly pricy and the small beef and out of the way area makes it an extremely...

My family of four came into the place on Father’s Day around 530pm and they close at 6. Nobody was in the sitting area. As soon as we walk in, one of the workers looked back at the other worker and said something. I already knew then, they weren’t pleased with us coming in. Before he took our order he said “this would have to be to go”. My husband, said ok. We were planning on just eating in the parking lot. We ordered our food and I ordered a chicken Cesar wrap, the gentlemen that took the order turned around and said “can we still do that?” The other guy nodded his head. Finished our order, once the order was placed, not even 5 minutes our food was “finished”. Fries looked they’ve been out for awhile, lettuce in the lettuce wrap was wilted and brown, and the beef didn’t taste right. Anywho, we will not be going back. If they didn’t want customers 30 minutes before closing, they should of just closed.
