The catfish fillets were thick, seasoned well, and crispy. Baked beans were delicious with a sweet taste. The fries are basic frozen fries, but crunchy and golden. The staff are friendly as you would expect in a Missouri small town. The brownie was dense and tastes homemade, which all of the desserts are homemade. My wife and I went for a ride and went through Prairie Home. We noticed Duncans Diner and thought we'd try a home town diner instead of eating in Columbia. Glad we did! I had the chicken fried steak special with gravy, green beans and mashed potatoes while my wife chose the BLT. Everything was delicious! Nice small town Diner. We ordered a Pork Tenderloin sandwich and a Cheeseburger with a side of Home Fries with both. The Tenderloin was very tasty and breaded nicely. The Cheeseburger was good. The Home Fries were a little disappointing as they were slightly greasy and limp. Overall this is a very nice hometown place to get a very reasonably priced meal.
