McDonald's — Restaurant in Pratt

If you are going to advertise your hours, please be open........or should I say, ready to transact buisness.

At 0545 this date, I walked over from Casey's in the 6 degree, windy cold. The arch was lit,and the dining are was well lit. I saw two people enter the bldg as I was advancing across the hwy;it turns out they were employees.

I arrive, and walked through to un-locked door. I walk up to the counter and wait about one minute when one of the employees comes out and says " We aren't open yet." A similar even happened Tuesday afternoon

So I walk back over to my truck. I'll get food later at a RELIABLE establishment.

Yesterday 18 Feb at about 1630 hours, I walk over, in the wind blown cold and enter the lobby. The young manager girl come out and says the dining area is closed because only three people were on duty. So as I'm heading out the door to walk to Arby's, a tanker driver wants to enter, I told him they weren't serving customers in house. So he started walking to the drive through.

I got to Arby's, ordered my food and took a seat. Then the tanker driver comes in. I asked him if they weren't serving at the drive through windows, and he replied they would not serve him. Why? Who knows.

Needless to say, when you can't get food twice in a span of about 14 hours, then it's a pretty good indication that the owner and management don't give a care about...

I placed an on line order at 5:10am and paid through the app. I pulled in the lot at 5:15 and they were still closed despite the fact that their hours of operation state they open at 5. I sat at the drive thru for a while with no acknowledgment, then i decided to drive around to the window at 5:25. When I got to the window I could see employees slowly dragging around the store with absolutely no enthusiasm and I even made eye contact with a few of them as they walked by the window and they still never acknowledged me. Finally at 5:32, someone opened the window and told me they were opening late due to maintenance. There were no posted signs anywhere around indicating that they were opening late. Nevertheless, I showed her where the money had already been withdrawn from my account and asked for a refund. She said there was nothing she could do to help and I’d have to come back later or go to another store. Complete waste of time and now I have to go back to at least get my money back. I called the number for the franchise, let’s see if I even get...

What kind restaurant our you running kids running store not know what heck thire doing order pies get handled Apple fritters I wanted a strawberry cream pie Sat in drive through 10 minutes come iv ben Manger for McDonald's do not do pre-check when we run out of food do we not put more food in the oven I mean come on what kind of restaurant are you running do you need to be retrained your people I mean there's nothing but a bunch of kids messing around in your store that don't know what the heck they're doing do better I would give you guys a zero I don't know how you guys stay open you got kids coming out behind the counter that are on the clock that is a big no no that is a safety violation but you guys must not care retrain your managers you don't give a bag out of apple fritters and say sorry we don't have strawberry cream pie remaining come on give me a break I am in the restaurant business I've been in the restaurant business since I was 16 I know what to do and these kids...
