Hobert's Pizzaria — Restaurant in Prestonsburg

I ordered a pizza with xtra cheese and pepperoni. An hour and 47 minutes later I received my food. The pizza was cold, swimming in grease, and didn’t have the xtra toppings I was charged for. The pizza was so nasty I had to throw it away. The next day I ordered 2 subs. After waiting for an hour I called about my order and was informed by crystal that they were busy and I wasn’t the only customer and that she didn’t know what I expected her to do about it. I was also informed that delivery takes 45 minutes and that it had only been 59 minutes since the order was placed. Crystal was very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst place in Prestonsburg Kentucky. The orders are consistently wrong and late. I have always been supportive of local businesses but I will never order from here again and I’ll never recommend this...

0/10 don’t recommend this place, it was absolutely disgusting. Looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned since it opened , dirt everywhere including black mold . The food was very low quality & the employees was blaring music on their phones could hardly hear yourself think, Also none of them was wearing gloves & so many people walking back & forth handling food without washing their hands & without a hair net. This was my first time there & it was a terrible experience, DO NOT waste your money here. The pizza smelt horrible & tasted like a month old pizza sitting out. DO NOT eat here ! I have ate here on and off for 40 years and the only thing I would recommend is the steak sandwich with garlic lettuce. I am not a fan of anything else they serve. I have pictures of my last visit when I ordered two salads, two steak sandwiches a foot long hotdog and an extra large pizza. The foot long hotdog was a rip off because it was two separate hotdogs in a foot long container. The pizza was missing cheese around the edges and I guess only have thin, thin, thin crust.
